Return Eligibility
Timeframe:
You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.
Condition:
Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
Initiate a Return:
Contact our support team at contact@boardgm.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Follow Return Instructions:
We will provide you with a return authorization along with detailed instructions on how to send your items back. A return label may be issued if applicable.
Shipping Your Return:
Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Use the provided return label if available, and be sure to obtain a tracking number for your shipment.
Refund Process
Processing Time:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs:
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. In most cases, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Requesting an Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Stock Availability:
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
