Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
- Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and components included.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital downloads (e.g. printable game content or eBooks) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
- Gift cards and final sale items are also not eligible for return.
How to Return an Item
- Start a Return: Email our support team at contact@boardgm.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Follow Instructions: We’ll send return authorization and instructions. If applicable, we’ll issue a return label.
- Package Securely: Return the item(s) in original condition and packaging. Retain your tracking number for reference.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- To exchange an item, please complete the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If an item is unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
